Home Depot or Lowe’s sell replacement tops that are beautiful! The angles are already cut for you. You will just have to remove your old ones and put the new ones back on making sure you levl them up . They have different lengths to choose from and if yours is a few inches shorter ask them to cut it for you. Good luck.
The angles are going to be expensive. Not an easy fix unless you are experienced. To replace, it will probably cost you $1500. I speak from experience. The big box stores only sell standard countertops in stock. This would be a special order top. I would try the concrete or paint products first.
I am working on my kitchen. But I have a tile back splash and counter top. I want to paint both of them....Not sure what colour (my whole kitchen is horrendous!!! and I can not afford a total gut job..) because I will not be painting the cupboards. I already asked for advice on here...most answers were white back splash....I want the look of subway tiles....SO long story...I would love to see what your counter looks like.... I was thinking of doing a black one. Or trying a marbling affect...speckling... AND I am SO afraid to do it...!! How could you send me the pictures; if you would be willing to? Would you need my email address? And any other tips on how you did it would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!

I did a major kitchen refresh on a rental we own a few years ago. The countertops were a mess and we used a concrete product that was inexpensive and easy. Here is the post if you'd like to see it. https://www.hometalk.com/18147786/changing-up-an-orange-formica-countertop-with-concrete?r=2
