Cycad Identification help?

Can anyone tell me the genus and species of this cycad?
Try looking for pictures of Ceratozamia miqueliana Most of the cycads I found looked more like palms with feathery leaves. There were a few with leaves like your photo, but they appear shiny or waxy. Good luck....hope you can identify it. It must be rare.

Definitely a cardboard palm...native to Cuba. I think it is the male plant.
Zamia. Zamiaceae. Clads. Zamia furfuracea.
