  • Wait till fall, if you are where it is HOT, now is not the best time to transplant. Make sure you choose a sunny location and do not plant them too close together. Once in ground they will grow much bigger. Next spring you will see.

Not sure where you live , but make sure the roses are hardy to your area !

If you have deer in your area, spray them after planting with Liquid fence concentrate, following directions, or enclose them with deer netting and tall stakes. Mulch after first frost, if necessary, but not against main stalk.

I would do this in the spring. This gives them enough time to get established. If you plan to bring the pots back inside, pull them up in the fall. Check for insects before bringing them indoors; spray with water from the hose to remove any bugs hanging out on the plants before bringing them back inside.
