Does anyone know what type of plant this is?

I am needing to transplant this plant. I am unsure of what it is or how tall it will get. Can some please give me any information? 
the leaves are similar to laurel or blueberry bush
It looks to me like a rhododendron. Are those spent flower blooms?
Looks like Oleander bush, could be poisonous , to pets.

Sun is right, thats white oleander. Use gloves to transplant it
