I told you I would be back this week. And I'll be sharing a couple of projects that I've been working on and finally finished. I'm always giddy when I get to paint, especially with Country Chic Paint products.
Later this week I'll share my second project, but first, let's talk about this table.
A bedroom refresh has been in the works for a while now.  Its been a process.  In sections and one of several projects that I didn't want to rush.  I've given you guys snippets, because our master is a pretty large space and though we're simplifying there's much space to be filled and refreshed.
We started by painting the wall stark white and managed to give  our bed a new look,  which we love the transformation.  It's made the biggest difference in our bedroom already.  Except I've been having the hardest time finding unique night stands on Craigslist and though I know I can find a decent night stand anywhere else, you guys know how expensive they can be and I prefer a good bargain.  I'm always trying to save in any way I can.
Since I've had no luck finding side tables that way, I decided to shift a few things around the house recently and came across a small side table (one of my first chalk paint makeovers) I painted it in CCP's Liquorice.  I knew it was time for a lighter color since it wasn't being used for much.
have been surprising myself with these lush earth tone colors from  Country Chic Paint.  I love that though they have impact they're still very subtle.
This Driftwood reminds me of the mountains, trees and most definitely driftwood you would find on the beach.  The fact that we're so close to the beaches and water, it was only perfect.  Online this color seems a lot darker but it truly isn't as brown.  Its definitely more of a wet sand color.
