I have 1 tomato plant which flowers but does not produce any tomatoes. What am I doing wrong?

Mine always rot on the vine before they ripen. This year I even put them in individual pots with good drainage and nothing but potting soil.

I am growing potatoes, and some of them if piping out if the ground, and those are green. But I am not sure why. Maybe because the plant is full green?

Planted standard cucumbers. Harvesting small pale, curled and some stumpy ones. Tastes good but not like regular cucumbers.
