What can, I add to my soil to grow more vegetables than just leaves?

Have your local county agency test the soil. They will be able to tell you what the soil is missing.

coffee grounds and table scraps help but yes, have the soil tested first.

Compost, compost, compost... You can purchase bags of organic compost at Home Depot or Lowes. Also, most veggies benefit from some organic fertilizer like, chicken manure (there's a product called Chickie Doo Doo that works wonders in my veggie beds). Finally, make sure you're vegetables are getting enough sun. Good luck and happy gardening!
