I wanted to create an address plaque for our home while keeping with our theme here. I needed to finally put the numbers back on the house so using some left over reclaimed lumber and a metal wall art I found at the thrift store I put one together that we are really happy with! I just used some screws and gorilla glue to put it all together.
House Address Plaque
The first thing I did was made sure to cut all the wooden boards to the same size so that I could put them together to create a plaque.
The metal wall art I found was for just 4 dollars at a thrift store!
Here are just some more supplies I used.
Once I cut the boards to the same size, I applied a small bead of gorilla glue between the boards to attach them. Then I placed the wall art in place and attached it with screws. I then attached the numbers and hung it on the wall outside our home.
There it is, perfect! We love how it turned out and works great!
