I am not sure what kind of grass you have in Turkey - or the type of pests. However, in the US, these pictures would indicate that you have an insect grub in the soil that is chewing on the roots of your grass and killing it in spots. Visit a home store for an insecticide that will kill these insects. Quite often if the lawn is overrun with them, their presence will attract rodents that burrow underground to eat them - which will cause another problem that is far more difficult to eliminate.
