Hi Cindy. I found a really cute way to use pinecones for a front door wreath which would be perfect depending on the colors you use for spring summer or fall. I’ll post a picture, but basically you cut the pinecones in half turn them upside down and they become chrysanthemums. You can paint them and attach them to a wreath form. Cover in cheap peanut butter an then bird seed, hang from tree in winter to feed the birds.
Or, make Christmas decorations with them. They can be spray painted, glittered, etc.. Have fun!

Coat them with peanut butter and hang outside as a treat for birds and squirrels.
