Oops sorry for repeated answer
i guess i hit button too many times
My suggestion is sheet vinyl. Inexpensive compared many other flooring options. No seams means easy care and no worries about spills, drips and drops. With children or pets it is perfect!
Linda, Linoleum or vinyl flooring is the least expensive thing to do. But for long-term and resale value, tile would be a better option. You can find very in expensive tile in lots at is a big box home-improvement stores are some of the surplus stores that might be in your town. Tyler is not that hard to lay if you’re up for doing the job yourself. Good luck!
Hello,
