The easiest answer is to paint it the color you would like. Clean it well with a deglosser or cleaner to remove any oils, sand lightly, prime and paint the color you want. Enjoy the new look.
You could probably find an ivory chi " look " stone in the kitchen countertop section of most home stores. You could have it cut to fit the exact size of your table top.
