How can i repair rain gutters that have cracked?

Any advice on how to repair and how to clean gutters?

You could try scraping them and then caulk them or gorilla glue comes in water proof
replace them with metal ones. They are pvc, so the glue that is used on plumbing pipe should work, but not well or for long.
I live in Arizona and the sun/heat eats plastic gutters for breakfast. Once they start cracking it most likely means the plastic has degraded to the point of no return. I would plan on replacing the plastic with steel/aluminum; these parts are not that expensive, it is the time and effort getting them up...can you do that?
Flex seal tape. .it comes in clear and it is water proof. . Wal-Mart is the cheapest place to buy it .you could give it a try .Good luck .
