If the scratches are only cosmetic (not damaging the wood itself) I use Old English furniture polish. It is amazing an I use it on all my furniture, floors, cabinets, anything wooden. If the wood itself is scratched, fill with wood putty or a wax or oil based crayon to match, then go over it with Old English to work in the area to the real wood and make it look more natural. You can buy it where ever furniture polish is sold. Follow the instructions on the bottle. It really is wonderful stuff. I clean my cabinets with it twice a year too. Great for that and restoring wood to natural state

They sell stain pens at the hardware like this: https://amzn.to/2ATLkyf

They come in a variety of colors, so there should be one that will blend in with your floor. I use them all the time on my floors and they work great! 😊

I’ve used plain mayonnaise for water spots and scratches on a piano I purchased. Then polished with a soft cloth. Watermarks and scratches disappeared. Over 6 months ago and still looks good. If deep scratches you may need to rent a sander and refinish with polyurethane.
