What is the cheapest route to build a farm table and benches?

We are moving to a new home and fell in love with their farmhouse table and benches.
What is the cheapest way to build this, including the wood type, size, and stain?

I would have asked to buy them with the house. People ask me every time.
This table appears to be simple pine boards (either 2x4 or 1x4) that are joined together. I would probably use glue & joining biscuits. Depending on how durable you want to the finish. I would suggest a stain to get the color and then add a poly finish for durability.
