They sell it, I think it might be masonary paint. It’s for basements and garage floors. Mine looks brand new.
You need to start with a VERY clean surface and apply just as you would paint. Probably cutting in around the perimeter with a brush and then rolling the remainder on with paint roller. Good luck! It will be much easier to keep your garage floor clean and looking nice with it treated.
Clean real good if any oil on it use acidetone to remove then pain with masonry paint
