Remove their food source. There are several products to rid your yard of grubs.
We had lots of moles for years and they tore up our yard. We tried grub killers and even bought vibrating stakes in the ground made esp to rid you of moles. I would stab them when I found them in my garden. Nothing worked well until several cats moved into the neighborhood. They have taken care of all our moles and now I welcome those cats in my yard! For two years we have had no moles. LOL!
