I’ve never tried that nail polish trick on ceramic cups and dishes, you might want to see try that first to see if it’ll stand up to scrubbing, maybe you can “paint” high up on the shower where it won’t get to much scrubbing.
Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits.
Your hardware store will have a paint that works on tile.
