Wash with solution of Dawn and clorox.
Use Wet It and Forget It. It works great. You literally just spray it on and walk away. It will keep cleaning for like 6 months! Just read the directions. Good luck!
I have used sudsy lemon ammonia mixed in a hose attachment sprayer and a long-handled car brush. If the siding is white, I haee used bleach and water also.
Then they also make Wet n Forget and Lily Miller Moss Out.
