How do I attach a gate between the house and sections of fencing?

We are trying to figure out the best way to install a privacy fence on the side of our house that would extend down the side of the driveway. We would need a gate to get to the side and backyards which, would have to be attached to the house and between additional fence panels. Help!

Exactly what I have. Drilled in and bolted to my house. Want pictures in the morning? I have 2 - one at the front of the house and one at the end of the walkway before entering the back yard. I help the street view gate locked just for safety reasons.

  Ok will do! And no I did not do myself. I had installed by the wrought iron fabricator. Will go take some photos!

You need to put posts in first were it needs to attach to same for door for gate needs posts on both sides
