Try Coca Cola. I saw that done at a filling station down in Mississippi.

My guess is you would need a scraper with wide blade and try to run it flat and careful, anything what is stuck should come off.

    Hi, Ernie,

The Rain X should not have created a visible film, if applied in 2 applications to a clean and dry windshield wipe appropriate applicator.

If your wipers are not new, try wiping the blades using a microfiber cloth and some strong scrubbing action. Blades frequently accumulate a black, greaselike substance, requiring regular removal.
