Any patio should slope only enough to drain water, about an 1/8 to a 1/4 inch of slope for each foot, directed away from your house. The patio itself is basically level, which means you need to level the area where you want your patio. You can add a paver ramp, wide enough for a wheelchair, that would not be too steep to access the patio
