Easy Patriotic Plates

I'm rarely organized enough to decorate too much for any holiday, so when the idea for these (EASY) red, white, and blue plates popped into my often addled brain, I gave myself a little pat on the DIY back. Some old fabric (aka shirts from Goodwill) and some 50% off plates (50ç each) were transformed with Mod Podge into these super fun plates for the 4th of July! I'll use them for dry stuff so I won't have to worry too much about washing, but I love the way they look on the table already!
My stack of scrap fabric... to tope four are just old men's shirts!
Glass plates are pretty common at most thrift stores... these were 50% off of the $1 you see on the price tags. Never fear.
I cut templates for the circles, and used mod podge the glue them right onto the underside of the plates. I let them sit for a day and boom. Patriotic plates.
