Come learn how I upcycled an old spice rack into a cool and hip DIY Nail Polish Rack for my teenage daughter's bedroom using a couple cans of spray paint and a roll of colorful duck tape. She is completely obsessed with the color green and zebra patterns right now!
Sand an old spice rack and spray paint with a color of your choice.
Next, add strips of your favorite pattern of duck tape.
