Brasso is probably the best cleaner.
Try CLR. WALGREENS carries it.
I use a mixture of white vinegar with orange peels soaked in it for a few weeks. Then take out the orange peels and throw them away. Put the vinegar in a spray bottle. It takes off water spots from hard water and soap scum.
