i painted and then glazed a large kitchen. i used the cabinet transformation kit. i am now painting the walls and then putting down press and stick tiles. how do i know whether the cabinets look good enough to add the back splash and maybe new counter tops? some say that if i sell, well, they may go ahead for a new kitchen anyway. i guess i lack confidence in what i have done so far. i wuld love someone else to check it all out for me and give and opinion and/or suggestions on changes. thanks.

    Hi Marlene,

Don't worry what someone else may want to do to the kitchen when you come to move, because no matter what you do, or what you spend, - they will probably want to change something, even if it is perfect, just to make it theirs.....................So if you like what you are doing, enjoy it - as it is for you!!!

If you are going to sell soon, don't waste your time or money. If you'll be there for at least a year or two, you have to decide whether it's important to make those changes for such a short time. If you plan to be there long term, then make your home comfortable for you and don't worry about what a new owner will do. And FYI, every house I bought, I gutted the kitchen. Everyone's taste is different.

I bet it looks fantastic!!! I'm impressed that you were able to do all that already- it takes real ability and skill!! I'm usually too intimidated to even know where to begin- nice work
