How to find or make custom door trim?
So i messed up with installing base cabinets and now if i put regular trim on my back door I cant open the drawer. I have about 1/4 inch of clearance and any wood that i have found to be 1/4 inch thick is only 1.5 inches wide which is very skinny or it is only 4 ft tall again not large enough for the height of the door. Is there anywhere or anyway i can get some wood i can use as trim that is 8ft long 3.5 inches wide and only 1/4 inch thick???

I know Menard's and Home Depot sell various wood trim, screen trim in 8" lengths in the lumber department.
You could see if you can find a contractor or trim guy to rip some wood for you. Or try a millworks place.
take your measurements to the home improvement store and pictures on your phone to explain your problem, I am sure they can help find a product to work, either vinyl or wood, maybe have to use 2- 1.5 wide pieces side by side to make the 3" but I doubt it, they make all kinds of trim and wood to accommodate that sort of issue. Good luck.
