I turned a blue cake dish from Anthropologie, into the same dish but handmade and adorned with small elements.
This kind of dish usually costs a little expensive, I propose a tutorial to make one at the price of painting ..
An elegant stand that makes it worthwhile to raise the desserts that are placed there, giving them a very special presentation on a pedestal where they seem even tastier.
This is my first challenge of the week: pastel cake plate with gold edge sold at Anthropologie

First paste, then paint, finally adorn:
take a tube of super glue and glue the edge of the glass
place it in the center of the plate and let it dry
it is painted with blue aerosol in several alternating layers and allowed to dry
we put a smaller plate on the painted plate, to make an edge with golden spray
we polish and put glitter on the golden edge
we prepare his pieces in modeling
once dry they are painted in acrylic and varnished
they are placed on the edges of the dish and they are glued
Here is a beautiful support of colorful cake both useful and unique, which resembles those of Anthropologie but with a personal touch extra.
