Advice on sealer?

I have touched up my countertops in my kitchen where they were painted 3 years ago (see pics). Now I need to seal it. What does everyone think of HIGH gloss acrylic??
Since it’s in a wet location I would look into a marine grade polyurethane.

Marine grade poly is always the best option in situations like this but andmit is a big but, the poly must be kept dry between coats. You can rub the first coat in, let it dry, second coat, let,it dry, third coat. Done. This will hold up to anything if done properly.
Personally I would go with a more medium gloss. High gloss looks more fake especially on counters. But that is just me.
