How do I create a quiet backyard oasis in full sun?

I have 2/3 of an acre in my backyard. It’s in full sun. I want to create some type of enclosure so when I come out of my back door I have a comfortable sitting area separate from the main yard. I was thinking about stamped concrete in some sort of fire pit. Any ideas on a reasonable budget
