I've seen lots of these available to buy at Bed Bath and Beyond.
Some people put in an extra shower curtain on the wall side of a shower and use "S" hooks to hang dollar store baskets all along it for various "shelving" needs. A spring loaded one would probably not hold well with bottles of shampoo etc being in the basket, so you want one similar to the one on the curtain side with screws to secure it.
