Find a dresser or table the right size for your needs, add towel bars to the ends, or narrow shelves or a spice rack or even just hooks for utensils. If a table add a shelf or two underneath including on the very bottom under the feet. Now get some casters or industrial looking wheels and screw into the bottom going through the bottom shelf and into the legs. Sometimes on a dresser, you’ll need to add blocks of wood because the feet are not the right size, shape or style to screw the wheels into. I used an old buffet, removed the top drawer and added an open shelf there, put a towel bar on one end, a spice rack on the other, painted the back (which is never pretty) with chalkboard paint, painted the whole thing an industrial grey, removed the decorative legs which were useless, added blocks of wood, screwed large industrial cart wheels to the bottom and voila, an almost free, very hip, portable, kitchen Island with lots of storage. I’d add pictures, but I ended up selling it when we moved. I’m planning a new one with an oversized top that is hinged so it can be opened up to table size or folded back down to Island size
