Very carefully with a chisel.
I don't know how you're going to be able to successfully do this. Wouldn't it be easier just to cover the existing floor with something that you'd be happy with ???

Hammer and chisel. Wear gloves and eye protection.
We pro's use a long handle chisel & then your not on your knees closer to flying debris. Your are standing! Still wear she protection. The job should not be too difficult.
