    Hi Lita. Make sure they have at least 8 hours of sun and because they're in pots, water often. They will need to be properly stored for winter. Happy gardening!

    Blueberry plants are acid-loving. Make sure to give them a feeding of Miracid, Hollytone, or some other fertilizer for acid-loving plants.

    We have learned the hard way at our house that the soil for blueberries needs to be acidic!!! You can add vinegar, but you will have to add it often as it dissipates quickly. A diluted solution of sulfuric acid (you can find on Amazon) will work and will last a long time. Our soil was so basic that we couldn't just use fertilizer for acid loving plants. We had to get out the big guns with the sulphuric acid to decrease the pH. It's amazing how much more our plants have grown this year after changing the pH!
