I cleaned and organized my garage yesterday. Since I don't have a craft room all my supplies are stored in there. We moved into the house recently and now was my first opportunity to organize my things in there. Well, cleaning all this up spurred some fun craft making, take a look!
In this effort I found a letter that used to be on my wall at the previous house. It inspired me to decorate it and use it on my front porch. Here is how I turned it into a bright and cheerful entry decor.
This is the letter K that I stumbled upon. It is about a foot high. I made and cut out strips of a couple of fabrics which I had in my stash and decoupaged them on to the letter. Then I added some buttons for added charm. And behold the letter K!
I made sure I used dishwasher safe mod podge so it will stand up to the rain.
All was made with found items. A fun and short craft! I hope you enjoyed it!
