Their is paint for concrete.and a stain...painted a rug on the concrete patio at house no. One. Clean the concrete very throughly...all grease grime gasoline-gone. Then go get your concrete stain. I’m dealing with the aftermath of painted concrete...it won’t come off nicely it just peels a few inches at a time.
Hi. Pressure wash and use a cleaner designed for stone and concrete. Staining will give you a muted effect, but will penetrate into the concrete. Paint will lay on the surface and require repainting. The staining will fade due to weather, but it's easier to re-stain than to repaint. Good luck.

I agree with Bij but I love paint. If you want brighter colors I would go with paint.
