Maybe build up the lower part of floor with a thin plywood on top ,to bring it up even with the other higher part. You can buy the sheets the thickness you need. I am no expert ,by a long shot, but this is what I would try first myself.
How much lower is the entrance floor? Does the new flooring run parallel or perpendicular to the threshold? You can buy transition strips that bridge the height difference. You may need to special order something from a flooring store if the big box stores don't carry what you need. If the height difference is too great for a transition strip, another solution is to do what Joanne suggested. It's called "padding out" the floor. Basically you custom make wood shims long long enough to ease the height from the lower to the higher floor. You can even use cardboard, beveled siding, or shake shingles. They do make a product to do what you want, but it is very expensive. Look into carpet shims as well.
Stop the flooring in the doorway where two rooms meet. Install transition strips in the doorway between the to rooms.
