You should be able to heat it with a blow dryer you don't say if its thick or thin scrap with a putty knife wile heating up if that's not hot enough use a iron and a paper bag
Or pour some Goo Gone over it, let it sit about 15 minutes, then use a putty knife or a scraper to slide the resin onto paper towels for the trash. Best wishes ☺️
