Hammer and very fine edged chisel. Wear eye/face protection. Chisel until tile starts to separate from grout. Place thin bladed tool behind tile and continue to carefully handle with hammer. Work goes very slowly and is not foolproof.
A hammer and chisel, be sure to protect yourself with safety glasses and a nose/mouth mask. This is a slow and tedious process, apply pressure with the chisel and hammer to the back of the tile to break the bond between the wall and the tile.
