Have you consulted a hardware store about using 6 mil or heavier gauge plastic held in place with heavy rocks? Is your soil banked at a steep slope to rapidly drain moisture away from your foundation? Do you need a Hydro -Blox system or other water diverting system installed? Do you have a gutter guard system attached to downspouts which go underground, at leat 6-8 feet away fro your house, and sloped downward?

They have it in Canada...yay. Expensive. I always wish these items would come in just a pint, not gallons. Thanks for your suggestion.
