How do we fix our porch floor?

We painted our screened porch floor with epoxy paint, the kind used on garage floors. The kit included specks of colored chips that were thrown onto the wet paint. Now the paint is peeling. How do we refinish It? Help!

Is the floor cement or wood? If wood you might hae to sand it and start all over. Right now I am in the middle of repainting my garage floor after 25 yrs with epoxy paint. I was told to scrape all loose paint, then wash the floor with an etching solution ( made by Rusoleum and bought at Home Depot). Then when that is done you should be able to repaint it.
Proper prep is the key.
You could lightly sand it off scrap it off or scrap big stuff off and re apply same kit over it
