What color goes with teal yellow, trying to find a back splash color?

Hello Dia! I have an art background, and I have to say I've never heard of "teal yellow". It might be a color name given to a product like the different shades in a crayon box. What is this color on? Your cabinets or countertop? "Teal" is generally a blue-green color. Think of something that is fairly common that you can compare the color to, like "school bus yellow" or "stop sign red". Better yet....a photo would be fabulous!

I think you can really add any color to whose two colors. Navy would look good or you can do a brighter color scheme like this picture.
