I had one of my YouTube subscribers ask me if I could make a scarecrow ornament. I had never thought about it, but I was up to the challenge! Thanks CookieBend for the request!

Here is what I came up with and I hope you all like it.
Paint the paper mache ornament a parchment color and cut out three felt circles. Cut a whole in the middle of one of the felt circles.
Glue the one with the hole over the hanger.
Then add a rectangular piece, to hide the string hanger and complete the hat.
Glue everything into place.
Cut two circles, for the collar and fringe the edges.
Glue one into place on the bottom of the ornament.
Glue on a felt nose.
Then add two buttons and draw a stitched mouth.
Glue one of the collar pieces into place and add some raffia.
Then glue on the second piece, so the raffia is sandwiched in between.
Add some raffia to the top of the hat too.
Add a rope around the hat.
Add a couple of felt squares to look like patches
That's it!!!
