Collecting leaves for fun, for memories, for crafts, for decoration, but how do you keep them from crumbling or getting wilted? Use a cold lamination machine like the one from Xyron! So now that you can keep you leaves as you want them from the day you pick or collected them you can use them in a ton of fun ways. Here are 4 fun and easy ways to use you laminated leaves.
Start by collection leaves. These could be leaves that you are collecting to preserve for a memory, from a special tree, from a trip, or just because you want some leaf decor in your house!
Laminating the leaves is super easy with the Xyron Double Sided Laminate refill with the Creative Station or the Creative Station Lite.  Just insert the leaf and run it through the machine, no heat necessary. All you need to do now is cut off the extra plastic and you are set!
First way to use a laminate leaf is to just laminate it to keep it for long term.  Maybe it is a tree you planted and want to remember for years to come, or a 4 leaf clover that you found, or a leaf you want to keep as a reminder of a trip or an experience.  Laminating a leaf is a wonderful way to preserve any kind of memory.
Laminate your leaf and place some Xyron Magnet Tape to the back of the leaf and turn it into a cute magnet for the fridge or for fun cookie sheet play with the kids!
Once you have laminated the leaf and added magnets to the back you can now add some google eyes with the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker and draw in a mouth with a Sharpie to make some cute leaf faces!!  You do not have to turn these into magnets, but they do look super cute on a fridge!
After laminating the leaves, punch a hole in one end and add to a bit of twine to add to the top of a present instead of a bow for that beautiful rustic look!
