Cat Litter Box Hideaway

If you have cats and dogs, you know it can be a challenge to keep the dogs from eating the cat food and the cat poo. This hideaway solves both problems.
The cats have easy access to the litter box through the little "mouse hole" The pet parent can easily scoop the poop through the front. The back panel is removable for a more thorough cleaning.
This is how it started out, as an old (mostly plastic) console t.v.
I had to make some modifications to allow my "found" cabinet doors fit the opening.
click over to My Repurposed Life to see how I made the back panel removable.
This is now a practical piece of furniture that you can display items, or make the top available to the cats for eating and or napping.

That`s a GREAT idea, that I`m going to do. I also made one into a show "tortarium" to house my tortoises many years ago. Those cabinets are terrific for neat projects
