Can anyone help identify this piece?
Here is what I know... The tag on the back is marked Koppers stores no 13 Kimball McDowell county. Also says From Elkin furniture co. NC. The research I came up with is that Koppers stores was coal company stores. Kimball is WV, McDowell county is in WV (I'm from WV just not that part) which is big coal mines. I'm guessing was sold in company store at one time? I don't what exact time frame for this piece, or really style, etc. has dove tail drawers and is solid wood. I know it needs a lot of work, but not sure where to start. Thanks!

Once it is cleaned up and oiled really good, you will have a jewel on your hands. Until you find out its value or you just despise it, just love it despite its bumps and bruises!
