Without doing major construction to the house, just add faux beams. Looks like an awesome space!

That is an amazing room. I think you are wanting to paint it white and have natural beams. I know they sell foam beams that look like weathered wood which may be your easier solution. I would hire a knowledgeable contractor to design it and build it.
