Hi. Depending on how much wall space you have, you could use a nice picture frame. Take out the picture put board behind it, you could paint, stencil it. Hardware store carry's differant size eye hooks that are open at one end.
Take the largest pair of glasses with you to get a more exact size and length. Lay your glasses out for a pattern, mark it,
Screw them in go at an angle going up, less chance to be knocked off. Lay each on opening up. Each one eye hook should be enough to hold one pair.

Remove any loose paint
Make repairs to siding and trim
Clean
Prime any areas that are new or exposed from removal and repairs
Ready to paint
NOTE: If spray painting, either tape up windows, doors, shutters, etc. or work as a team.
We used a spray painter and it was wonderful. My husband painted and I was the overspray guard with a large piece of cardboard.
Then I went back and painted trim.
