How to kill tiny brown ants?

I have tiny, tiny brown ants between my grass & cement walkway---water didn't kill them, any help?

    There is a product in Home Depot for ants it’s granules that you put down and the ants carry it into their nest killing the whole colony

    Jiffy corn bread mix sprinkled along the line will do the job.

    Get a box of Borax laundry detergent from the store. Mix w equal parts sugar and sprinkle it on. Or mix all in warm water and spray it in problem areas. Pests should be gone in a day or so. Safe to use in kitchen and around your pets.

    Cinnamon powder they don't like the taste of it, and its safe for kids and pets.

    just sprinkle on the area and they'll go away.

    Boil water and pour over the ant hill then add spice to the area.

    Egg shells keep everything away specially in flower beds and gardens.old trick learned from grandparents let dry then crush them up but not too fine .line them under and around plants

    Trazacide. You can buy it at lowes, kills over a 100 bugs.

    I have always used ...safely... A mild dish detergent such as Ivory. Squirt the detergent straight out of the bottle all over those ants. They can't go too far and they do die.
