Please help me with Organizing ?

For me, I would make a few piles of things. Label them, keep, donate and garbage. Anything with value/use can be donated. Next, clear and clean the space to organize and store what you want to keep. In a closet, lesser used stuff could go on top. Often used stuff should be readily available, and things used occasionally could be put down lower but still visible. Since I don’t know what you are trying to organize, I can’t be more specific. Good luck!

I'm no sure what you're organizing, Shona, but I would start by sorting. Get rid of the things you don't need - throw away, sell, or donate them and then look at what you have left.

The first thing you'll want to do is empty the space. So if your are wanting to straighten your closet you empty your closet and start over. Go through each item and make a pile to keep and dontate. Make sure you are in the right mood to do this too or you'll want to put everything back :) Now that you have a clean slate, decide how you want it too look and start putting it back that way with containers, and a system that works for you. Pull it all out! It's the hardest part, but you really need to know what you have so you can make decisions about it. You didn't mention what you're organizing, but it will help to work with one category at a time (all the clothes, or kitchen items, the garage, or the craft supplies...)
